káthən ‘to pretend to something in order to attain one’s object,’
kōhən ‘cunning’ and Jib.
kɔ́thən ‘to be cunning, to pretend to get what one wants’, perhaps autochthonous as no corresponding meanings seem to be attested in (Classical) Arabic. (Kogan 2015: 213)
