See most recently Kogan 2014: 91f.: only attestation admitted by both dictionaries - in Susian legal document MDP 24 376:9: ‘[...]-ra-bi a-al-šu’ in a partially broken context. Probably a WS loan, although its textual distribution (Susian document, incantation, apodosis of divination) is far from ordinary
