PS

*laˀlaˀ- - head of small cattle (SED II No. 143, Kogan 2011: 206, Kogan 2015: 337)

Contra SED II No. 143, the Akk.-Ugr. isogloss is exclusive: the often quoted Soq. lúloh ‘brébis’ (LS 231) does not seem to exist (Kogan 2015: 337). However, cf. perhaps Soq. éľeľ ‘female kid goat’.

Akkadian
lalû - kid (CAD L 51, AHw. 592)
Cf. Ugr. llˀu ‘suckling (lamb or kid)’ (Kogan 2015: 337)
Ugaritic
llˀu - suckling (lamb or kid) (DUL 498, Watson 2007: 91)
