Seems to be an “erroneous” borrowing from Sum. BAR.DUL₅(TUG₂) ‘(a garment)’ (PSD B 119; the sign TUG₂ was probably misread as DIB, cf. CAD B 113b; Veenhof 1972, 162, fn. 276).
