ḥmr - red, reddish (DUL 364)

not attested outside hippiatric texts (e.g. 1.85:17), where it is used as an attribute of ˀarγn/ˀirγn, denoting some kind of materia medica. Its interpretation as “red” (e.g. Cohen–Sivan 1983:31‒32) is arbitrary (Kogan 2015: 261)
