Hebrew

ˀänōš - (all) human beings, man; some (men); single human being (HALOT 70)

Hbr. ˀänōš (with the meaning ‘single human being’) is a rare and almost exclusively poetic word (HALOT 70) whose presence in the Biblical corpus may at least partly be conditioned by Aramaic influence (in spite of ō < *ā, cf. Wagner 1966:26‒27).
