Combination of the element ənnä- (usually identified with Geez plural form of the relative pronoun
ˀəlla) and the 2 sg. m. pronoun (ənnantä) or the relict of the ancient 2 pl. pronoun (ənnantum).
The form ənnantä, which has the same structure as Amh.
ənnantä, is probably a calque or a borrowing (Bulakh–Kogan 2013b:95, 99).
