Ugaritic

ḫrr - to have spasms of diarrhoea (DUL 405)

meaning totally uncertain (cf. Pardee1985: 51), but if indeed related toAkk.(ḫ)arāru ‘to rot, to discharge a putrid liquid’ as tentatively assumed in Watson 2007:69, there is no reason to treat the Ugaritic verb as a borrowing from Akkadian rather than a cognate (Kogan 2015: 362).
