Phoenician

lasoun-, lasim- - tongue (DNWSI 584)

The 1st form occurs in Dioscurides as a part of a plant name λασουναφ as an equivalent of Gr. βούγλωσσον. The 2nd one (also a plant name) is attested in Pseudo Apulei Platonici Herbarius as lasimsaph.

PS
*liš(š)ān- - tongue (SED I No. 181)

Judging from Afras. data the original form should be *lis-, with suffixed *-ān.
