əllämʷ/ənnällämʷ - they (Bulakh–Kogan 2013b:95)
The diachronic interpretation of the form əllämʷ is somewhat problematic. The element əllä- may be identified with Gez. ˀəlla (plural form of nota genitivi). Alternatively, one may analyze this form as a reflex of the form ələm ‘all of them’ (going back to PEthS *kʷəll-). The comparison with Zwy. ənnommu is also possible.
In all probability, the element ənnä- in the pleonastic variant ənnällämʷ is also to be compared with Gez. ˀəlla.
