Not fully reliable since the Arm. terms may be synchronically analyzed as compound terms with the meaning ‘one who extracts the fish’ (the first element is a participle of səlā ‘to extract, fish out’). Accordingly, they are comparable only if a secondary folk-etymological analysis of an original faunal term is assumed
