As for ywḳˀ ‘he will bring out’ in KAI 215:21, this reading and interpretation are indeed widely accepted in recent studies on Samalian (Dion 1974:42, Tropper 1993a:130, KAI5), but in view of
epigraphic and contextual difficulties connected with this passage no certainty about the functional status of the Samalian reflex of *wŝˀ ̣ is possible (Kogan 2015:411).
