SB lexeme. Unlikely to be autochthonous in view of the irregular ḫ coupled with the late attestation. Rather, we must be faced with WS loanword, even if the exact source of borrowing is not easy to establish (not Aramaism because of ṣ).

The lexical pair of Arabic ḫiḍb-, but the data are insufficient for a reliable reconstruction. Possibly an Akkadian-Arabic borrowing, though without an Aramaic intermediary (Kogan–Krebernik 2021a:392).
