Probably related. In CAD (meanings 3a, b) commented as: “uncertain meaning, said of parts of the human body”. However, at least two contexts clearly refer to mouth.
Related to the Arb. γrs ‘to plant, to fix in the ground’ (Kogan 2001:272).
Akkadian
ḫarbu - a special kind of plow
(CAD Ḫ 97, AHw. 325)
Often identified with PCS *ḥarb-, which implies a phonological irregularity (Tropper 1995b:64) and a somewhat peculiar semantic development (Kogan 2015:212).
The lexeme has been often compared with PWS root *ḥrm 'to forbid', which is far from evident either phonologically or semantically (v. Kogan 2011:111), and Akk. verb ḫarāmu 'to separate', which is sparsely attested.
